What is acSysIPSecSPDProposal1Authentication?
This OID specifies the message authentication algorithm for the second IPsec authentication proposal, used if the first fails during negotiation. Multiple authentication proposals allow graceful fallback when remote endpoints don't support the strongest integrity algorithm.
