What is acSysIPSecSPDPolicyRemoteIPAddr?

This OID stores the remote peer's IP address or hostname that this IPsec policy applies to, up to 99 characters. When configuring a VPN policy, you set this to identify which remote site or host should be encrypted—for example, '203.0.113.50' for a branch office or 'vpn-gate.partner.com' for a cloud service. The device uses this to match outgoing traffic destined for the remote peer and encrypt it according to the policy.
