What is acSysIPSecSPDPolicyLocalTunnelIPAddress?

This OID defines the IP address of the local IPsec tunnel endpoint on the device itself—the address that remote peers use as the destination when sending encrypted traffic to this device. Network engineers configure this to be an IP address on this device's external or VPN interface so remote tunnels know where to send encrypted packets. For example, setting this to 198.51.100.10 makes that IP the local side of the tunnel; remote gateways will encrypt traffic and send it to 198.51.100.10.
