What is acSysIKEPolicyProposal2Authentication?
This OID stores the authentication method for IKE Policy Proposal 2, the second fallback option during VPN key exchange negotiation. Network engineers configure this when they want multiple authentication methods available in case the first proposal fails during tunnel establishment. For instance, setting this to preshared key (value 2) while Proposal 1 uses RSA allows peers to authenticate even if RSA certificates aren't available.
