What is acSysIKEPolicyProposal1Encryption?
This OID specifies the encryption algorithm for the second IKE proposal option, used as a fallback if the first proposal is rejected by the remote VPN peer. Administrators configure multiple proposals to ensure compatibility with different VPN endpoints that may support different encryption standards. For example, if Proposal 0 is AES-256 but the peer doesn't support it, the gateway tries this Proposal 1 encryption method instead.
