What is acSysHTTPClientCPTFileURL?

AC-SYSTEM-MIB::acSysHTTPClientCPTFileURL holds the URL (up to 254 characters) for downloading a Call Progress Tones file that defines dial tones, busy signals, and other audio cues the gateway generates. Network teams caring for VoIP systems need to customize these tones to match regional standards (e.g., North American vs. European dial tone cadences). For example, setting it to https://audio-server.company.com/us-cpt.dat lets all gateways download the correct US-standard call progress tones on startup.
