What is acNetworkIPLocalSubnetMask?

This OID specifies the subnet mask for the OAM interface in multiple-IP mode, defining which IP addresses the OAM interface can reach directly without a router (default 0.0.0.0 is unconfigured). A network administrator would set this when configuring the OAM network to ensure the device knows how to route management traffic correctly within its local management subnet. For example, setting this to 255.255.255.0 combined with the OAM IP of 192.168.200.10 means the device can reach anything in the 192.168.200.0/24 range without a gateway.

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> AC-SYSTEM-MIB::acNetworkIPLocalSubnetMask

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.9.10.10.1.3.1.30.21.1.4.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> AC-SYSTEM-MIB::acNetworkIPLocalSubnetMask.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5003.9.10.10.1.3.1.30.21.1.4.1 a <value>

SNMPv3 example:
