What is acMultipleIPEnableTPNCPasOAM?

This OID determines which network interface carries the TPNCP (telecom protocol) management traffic when the device is in multiple-IP mode (0=control network, 1=OAM network). An operator would configure this to isolate management traffic on a dedicated out-of-band network to prevent management commands from consuming bandwidth on the data plane. For instance, setting this to 1 routes all TPNCP commands through the OAM (Operations & Management) interface instead of the main control path.
