What is acMultipleIPEnableSCTPasControl?

This OID sets which network interface carries SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol) signaling in multiple-IP mode (0=default/OAM network, 1=control network). A telecom engineer would enable this when the device needs to send SCTP signaling over the high-priority control network to guarantee delivery of critical call setup messages. For example, setting this to 1 routes all SCTP protocol messages through the control network interface to ensure low-latency, reliable signaling delivery.
