What is acMultipleIPEnableNTPasOAM?

This OID determines whether NTP (clock synchronization) traffic flows over the OAM management network or the control network when multiple IPs are enabled (0=control, 1=OAM). An administrator would set this to 1 to isolate time-critical management traffic on a dedicated network, preventing congestion from affecting clock accuracy. For example, setting this to 1 makes the device contact NTP servers on the out-of-band management network to keep system time synchronized independently of data traffic.
