What is sdlcLSStatsFRMRsOut?
This counter reports the total number of frame-reject (FRMR) messages sent to the adjacent SDLC link station since the link started. SDLC link stations use FRMR frames to notify the peer that a protocol violation occurred and the link is being reset. A value of 5 indicates the link station has had to reject 5 errant frames from its neighbor, suggesting communication or configuration problems.
