What is sdlcLSStatsActivityTOs?
This counter tracks occurrences where the link was deactivated because no data or control frames arrived within the activity timeout window, starting at zero. Activity timeouts detect dead links where the remote peer has stopped responding. Multiple activity timeouts (e.g., 8+) suggest the remote system or network path is flaky.
