What is sdlcLSOperLastFailTime?
This OID records the system uptime value when the SDLC link station last failed, providing a timestamp for troubleshooting; zero indicates the link has never failed. Operators use this to correlate link outages with other network events and assess Mean Time Between Failures. A value of 1000000 means the failure occurred when the device had been up for 1000000 hundredths of a second.
