What is mplsInterfaceOutLabelsUsed?
This Gauge32 reports how many unique outgoing top-level MPLS labels are in active use on the interface currently. Engineers track this to monitor label distribution health and detect exhaustion. A value of 500 indicates 500 distinct outgoing label bindings are active.
