What Is ZYXEL-ACCESS-CONTROL-MIB?
ZYXEL-ACCESS-CONTROL-MIB is a ZyXEL (Enterprise Solution) proprietary MIB configuring management-service access control on ZyXEL managed switches. Its access-control table, keyed by service, records state, service port, and timeout, and a secured-client table, keyed by index, records state and a permitted IP address range (start/end) per service. As a configuration/security MIB it lets an administrator confirm which IP address ranges may reach a given management service (e.g., Telnet, HTTP, SNMP) on a ZyXEL switch. It is deployed on ZyXEL managed switches. Engineers can download the ZYXEL-ACCESS-CONTROL-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ZYXEL-ACCESS-CONTROL-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
