What is zxr10SwInstallSetFailedReason?

This read-only value reports why the last set-activation operation failed, from the same detailed enumeration used for package failures (noMem, pkgNotExist, unmatchMajorVer, actConflict, needCommit, etc.). It's the set-level counterpart to zxr10SwInstallPackageFailReason for diagnosing a failed whole-bundle activation.
