What is portInUnicastTime?
This read-only value records the timestamp, formatted as YYYYMMDD-hh:mm:ss, at which this port's peak inbound unicast packet rate (portInUnicastPktsPeak) actually occurred. An admin uses this timestamp to correlate the peak traffic event with other logs or incidents happening around the same time. For example, a portInUnicastTime of "20090622-09:30:20" lets the admin check whether that peak coincided with a known backup job or batch process starting at that time.
