This read-only enumeration (per-destination, per-packet, nonsupport, default per-destination) reports the IP load-sharing policy configured on the interface, telling an admin whether traffic is spread per-destination (keeping a flow on one path) or per-packet (spreading individual packets across paths, which can cause reordering).
