What is zxr10CopyProtocol?

This OID sets which protocol (defaulting to FTP) a generic config-copy table entry will use to transfer the file, though it can be ignored for a purely local copy like runningConfig-to-startupConfig. An admin sets this when creating a copy request row that needs a protocol other than the default.
