What is zxr10BfdStatsUp?
This is the count of BFD sessions currently in the up state, for the session category (all, singleHop, multiHop, l2Bfd, pwBfd, lagBfd, etc.) indexing this row. Admins use it as a quick health summary to see how many BFD sessions of a given type are healthy without enumerating the full session table.
