Description: Indicate whether shutdown the upstream flow of the interface which is loopbackd. enabled(1) means shutdown. disabled(2) means not shutdown.

What is zxAnLoopbackDetectIfShutdown?

This object controls whether the switch shuts down the upstream traffic flow on a port once loopback detection identifies it as looped, with enabled(1) shutting it down and disabled(2), the default, leaving it up. Administrators enable this to automatically stop a loop from flooding the network the moment it's detected, rather than just logging an alarm. With the default disabled(2), a looped port stays forwarding traffic even after the loop is detected.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.80.20.1.2
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ZTE-AN-LOOPBACKDETECT-MIB::zxAnLoopbackDetectIfShutdown

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.80.20.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ZTE-AN-LOOPBACKDETECT-MIB::zxAnLoopbackDetectIfShutdown.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.80.20.1.2.1 i <value>
