What is zxAnHisPerfMgmtSampleEnable?

This read-write object enables or disables historical performance data sampling on the device, defaulting to enable; disabling it also disables threshold checking for historical performance data, meaning new threshold-crossing alarms can't be generated, though previously raised alarms remain until separately cleared. Admins disable it to stop collecting performance samples entirely, such as during a maintenance window, without needing to separately manage the alarm state. For example, setting zxAnHisPerfMgmtSampleEnable to disable(2) stops the device from collecting new historical performance samples, and consequently no new threshold alarms will be generated from this data.
