Module: ZTE-AN-EPON-SERVICE-MIB
OID (symbolic): ZTE-AN-EPON-SERVICE-MIB::dot3MpcpLinkID
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.1082.500.31.2.1.1.5
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Unsigned32
Access: read-only
Description: An object that identifies the Logical Link identifier (LLID) associated with the MAC of the virtual link. This object is applicable for an OLT and an ONU. At the OLT it has a distinct value for each virtual interface. The ONU and the corresponding virtual MAC of the OLT, for the same virtual link, have the same value. Value is assigned when the ONU registers. Value is freed when the ONU deregisters.
What is dot3MpcpLinkID?
This read-only value reports the Logical Link Identifier (LLID) associated with the virtual MAC link for this EPON interface entry, assigned when an ONU registers and freed when it deregisters; the OLT holds a distinct LLID per virtual interface while an ONU shares the same LLID value as its corresponding OLT virtual MAC. An admin uses it to correlate an ONU's registered link with the matching virtual interface on the OLT side. For example, matching the LLID value seen on an ONU against the OLT's per-virtual-interface LLID table confirms which specific OLT virtual port that ONU is registered to.
