Description: The user VLAN of the interface which will be used in the testing datagram.

0 means that test will use the PVID of interface. Non-zero value must be within the tagged VLAN list of interface. If the VLAN cannot be found in the tagged VLAN list of interface, test should fail.

What is zxAnDhcpV4TestIfUserVid?

This is the VLAN ID tagged onto the DHCPv4 test datagram sent out this interface. Leaving it at 0 makes the test ride the interface's PVID, while a nonzero value forces it onto a specific tagged VLAN already permitted on that port, and the test fails outright if that VLAN isn't in the port's tagged list. For example, setting it to 100 validates DHCP reachability specifically over VLAN 100 on that subscriber port.
