What is zxAnDhcpV4TestIfTimeout?

This sets, in seconds, how long the DHCPv4 test on this interface waits before it's declared timed out. An admin tunes it to allow enough round-trip time on slower links while still catching an unresponsive DHCP server promptly; the default is 30 seconds. For example, raising it to 60 seconds on a congested access network avoids the test wrongly reporting testTimeout for a merely slow response.
