This object sets, for a specific interface and protocol, the packet rate threshold above which that interface is temporarily blacklisted, overriding the global threshold for that interface. Admins use it to give a specific interface a custom DoS sensitivity different from the device-wide default. For example, an admin might raise this on an interface known to carry legitimately high DHCP traffic volume, to avoid false-positive blacklisting.
