Description: This field indicates the Bit Rate Threshold Value which will generate an alarm if the Bit Rate Threshold Alarm is enabled and the Bit Rate of this ifIndex drops below this value.

What is alarmConfigBitRateThresholdValue?

This value sets the Bit Rate Threshold that triggers an alarm when the interface's bit rate falls below it, provided the Bit Rate Threshold alarm is enabled. An admin tunes it to the minimum acceptable throughput for that interface. For example, setting this to 1000000 (1 Mbps) on a DSL line would trigger an alarm if the line's actual bit rate drops below that value.
