What is alarmTimestamp?

This is a notification-only free-text field carrying the date and time at which the alarm was raised or cleared. An admin uses this timestamp to correlate the alarm event with other logs or with a customer-reported outage window, and to determine how long a fault condition has persisted. For example, alarmTimestamp might contain "2026-08-24 14:32:10" marking exactly when the alarm was received by the fault service.
