What is alarmCpePortId?
This is a notification-only integer that, for CPE-port alarms, identifies the specific port on the customer premises equipment where the alarm condition occurred. An admin uses this together with alarmCpePortType to pinpoint exactly which port on the remote CPE is experiencing the fault, such as one specific Ethernet port on a multi-port ONT. For example, alarmCpePortId reporting 1 identifies that the alarm pertains specifically to port 1 on the customer's ONT device.
