What is wanNullClock?

Sets the clock rate used on a WAN link with a null-modem/DTE-DTE cable when no external clock source is present (e.g. 0, 8.333k, 66.667k, 250k, or 2M per the source comment). (The source XYPLEX-BRIDGE-MIB predates the DESCRIPTION-clause convention and has no description text for any object; this reading is inferred from the object's name, SYNTAX/ACCESS, and standard bridge/STP/serial-line conventions.)
