What is stpStp?
Enables or disables the Spanning Tree Protocol on this bridge; disabling it removes loop protection between the bridge's ports, so it should only be turned off on a topology known to be loop-free. (The source XYPLEX-BRIDGE-MIB predates the DESCRIPTION-clause convention and has no description text for any object; this reading is inferred from the object's name, SYNTAX/ACCESS, and standard bridge/STP/serial-line conventions.)
