What is brsysLocalQueueDisc?

Counts packets discarded from the bridge's local (non-forwarded) queue, i.e. traffic destined for the bridge itself that had to be dropped because that queue was full. (The source XYPLEX-BRIDGE-MIB predates the DESCRIPTION-clause convention and has no description text for any object; this reading is inferred from the object's name, SYNTAX/ACCESS, and standard bridge/STP/serial-line conventions.)
