anxpModemConfig

Module: XYLO-PORTS-MIB

OID (symbolic): XYLO-PORTS-MIB::anxpModemConfig

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.15.2.100.2.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The purpose for which this modem is configured. When set, this object will change a set of parameters to configure the modem for the specified purpose. The value 'unknown' is read only, and may be returned upon read if the modem is not configured to one of the states listed above. Setting this object to 'unknown' will return an error. The value 'none(2)' is not valid for hardware types csmim-t1 and ra6100. For RA6300, only valid option is dialin(4).

What is anxpModemConfig?

Sets the operational purpose of this port's built-in modem -- e.g. dialinautobaud, dialin, dialinoutautobaud, dialinout, dialout, autodetect, autoadapt, ipx, or none -- and changing it reconfigures a whole bundle of related modem parameters at once; the read-only 'unknown' value appears if the modem isn't in any of these states and can't itself be set; note none(2) isn't valid on csmim-t1/ra6100 hardware, and RA6300 only supports dialin(4).
