Description: The protocol type of the group. This has significance with the index of the OIDs of the rules in the group.
What is xylanFltGroupProtocol?
This read-write value (na, ip, or ipx) sets which protocol a filter group applies to, which in turn affects how the OIDs of the rules within that group are structured/indexed. Admins set this when creating a new group to specify whether its rules will match IP or IPX traffic.
