What is xylanFltGlobalGroupAdminState?
This read-write value (active or delete) controls the lifecycle of a globally-active group entry: active means the group is functioning at the global level, while setting delete tells the agent to remove it from the global list. Admins set this to delete to stop a group from applying globally.
