What is dsx3PortIntervalPlcpLossOfFrame?
This counter tracks PLCP loss-of-frame events on this port since the interval statistics were last cleared, reading zero if the port's sublayer isn't PLCP. An admin uses this to measure PLCP framing-loss frequency during a specific monitoring window on a PLCP-enabled port.
