Description:
Used to enable or disable printing banner pages at the beginning of jobs. This is a master switch which applies to all jobs, regardless of interpreter.
Usage: Conforming management agents, which ALSO implement the the Printer MIB v2, SHALL set 'xcmPrtGeneralBannerPage' to the SAME value as 'prtAuxiliarySheetBannerPage' (i.e., the values of these two objects SHALL be interlocked).
