Description:
This object is used to specify a translated Xerox registered message string value associated with the current value of the message string pointed to by 'xcmGenMessageMapStringIndexOID', in the locale specified by 'xcmGenMessageTextTargetLocale'.
Usage: All Xerox registered message string values SHALL contain no more than 128 UTF-8 display characters AND no more than 255 total octets (in some scripts, less than 128 characters in UTF-8 octet-stream encoding).
