A device 'shutdown' feature duration, or zero if none, used by system administrators of this device. Usage: The time after last 'shutdown' initiation before the 'shutdown' cycle will complete (to power 'offMode' in 'xcmHrDevInfoConditions' and 'down' in 'hrDeviceStatus').
What is xcmHrDevPowerShutdownDuration?
This configurable value specifies how long (in some time unit, typically seconds) a device's shutdown cycle should take before power is completely cut off. A zero value means no shutdown feature is enabled. System administrators set this to control graceful power-down timing, allowing software to flush buffers and critical data before hardware loses power.
