Usage: Conforming management stations, when they first create or activate rows in this table, SHALL set 'xcmGenLockRowStatus' to 'active(1)' (for static rows) or 'createAndGo(4)' (for dynamic rows), 'xcmGenLockOwnerString' (if an owner string is available), 'xcmGenLockOwnerSubtree' (if not 'zeroDotZero'), and 'xcmGenLockOwnerTimer' (to a suitable value) SIMULTANEOUSLY (in the same SNMP Set-Request PDU). Usage: Conforming management agents SHALL NOT accept sets to 'xcmGenLockOwnerString', or 'xcmGenLockOwnerSubtree' AFTER row creation (these objects are 'write-once'). Usage: This owner subtree represents an XCMI enhancement to the traditional advisory lock mechanism used in existing IETF MIB modules (eg, RFC 1573).
