What is xcmGenLockHighestLockIndex?
This read-only object tracks the highest advisory lock index that has ever been active in the lock management table. It represents an enhanced advisory lock mechanism extending the traditional IETF approach to provide better tracking of concurrent lock usage. Operators use this metric to understand the maximum number of simultaneous locks the system has needed to handle.
