What is xcmCommsStackAddressIndex?
This holds a numeric index pointing to the first address entry in a communications stack configuration table, or zero if no address is needed. It links a communications entity to its associated network address configuration. An operator uses this to trace which IP address or network interface a communications entity is bound to.
