What is xsecurityObjRowStatus?

This RowStatus object is used to add or remove entries from the per-object security configuration table, though the special '.0' object-level entry is a fixed, permanent row that can't itself be created or deleted. Administrators use it to add security configuration for a specific instantiated object, or remove it when no longer needed. For example, an admin adding a custom security policy for one specific table row instance would create a new entry here, while the built-in object-level default entry remains untouched and always present.
