What is xradiuscActgSvrSecretKey?
Sets the shared secret used to authenticate RADIUS accounting requests/responses exchanged with this accounting server; a get from a non-superuser account returns '--------' instead of the real value to protect it. An admin must set this to match exactly what's configured on the RADIUS accounting server, or accounting records will silently fail to be accepted.
