What is xpimInterfaceAdminStatus?
Setting this object to enable(1) or disable(2) controls whether PIM multicast routing is administratively turned on for a specific interface. An administrator enables PIM on interfaces that need to participate in multicast routing and leaves it disabled on interfaces that should not forward or process multicast control traffic. For example, setting xpimInterfaceAdminStatus to enable(1) on a LAN-facing interface allows that interface to build PIM adjacencies and forward multicast traffic to hosts on that segment.
