Description: The number of seconds of inactivity before the SA is removed. When 0, SA inactivity timer is disabled. The minimum allowed expiration timer value is 10*60 = 600 seconds (i.e., 10 minutes). The maximum value is 86400 seconds (i.e., 24 hours). Note that the inactivity timer, if enabled, must be less than the expiration timer minus one minute, to ensure it will expire for an idle SA prior to the start of rekeying.

What is ipsecSecurityProfileInactivityTimer?

This OID sets, in seconds, how long an SA under this profile can sit idle before being removed, ranging from 600 seconds (10 minutes) to 86400 seconds, or 0 (the default) to disable it; if enabled, it must stay below the expiration timer minus one minute. An engineer enables this on dial-in profiles to automatically tear down SAs for clients that disconnect without a clean session teardown.
