What is wfIsdnSwitchAllowedScreeningBits?

Sets which calling-number screening-indicator value(s) this slot will accept on an incoming call's calling-number IE; only a number whose screening bits match will be recognized, others are ignored, unless disabled, in which case the first calling number found is used regardless of screening. Admins adjust this if legitimate inbound calls are being unexpectedly ignored due to how the carrier screens the caller ID.
