What is wfFlowspecSt2V3AccdMeanDelay?
Reports the accumulated mean delay, in milliseconds, built up hop-by-hop along this ST-2 stream's path. An admin or tool reads this to see the actual end-to-end delay the stream is experiencing versus its requested limit.
