Description: Minimum Holding time. Setting this value will limit the jitter buffer from adapting below this value. The smallest period is fixed at 20ms.
What is wwpVoiceJitterBufferMinPeriod?
This sets, in milliseconds, the minimum holding time the adaptive jitter buffer is allowed to shrink to (the smallest possible period is fixed at 20ms). Admins raise it if the buffer adapting too small is causing audio dropouts on a jittery link.
