Description: This value respresents the total number of times one or ore of these occurences have resulted in an event (e.g. 51 when 3253 symbol errors have occurred since the last reset, which has resulted in 51 symbol error threshold crossing events since the last reset).
What is wwpOamEventLogEventTotal?
This OID reports the total number of times this event log entry's underlying condition has actually triggered a threshold-crossing event since the last reset, as opposed to wwpOamEventLogRunningTotal which counts the raw underlying occurrences. An admin compares the two to gauge how often an error condition is severe enough to actually breach its configured alarm threshold.
